Since his sophomore year, he has taught a debate class for middle school and high school students at his local Chinese school. His students have earned numerous awards, including first place at a local competition. He looks forward to getting his students excited about learning!

In April of 2020, he and his partner placed top 16 in the nation at the Tournament of Champions in public forum debate. On his debate team, he mentors novices and prepares lectures and resources for the entire team. During his free time, he gives swim lessons to middle school students. He is excited to meet new students and teach them new content!
